Verification, Moderation and Privacy

How verification, moderation and privacy work at WIN (Who Is Next). Choosing and seeing who picked you require selfie and phone verification. For male accounts, seeing who picked you and sending messages in new chats are part of WIN Premium. For female and other accounts, they're free.

Selfie verification

You take a selfie in the example pose, and your photos are compared with it automatically. Your selfie isn't shown on your profile. Choosing and seeing who picked you require selfie and phone verification. The Verified badge only appears on photos where the face is the same as in your selfie. Not every member is verified.

Phone verification

Your phone number is verified with an SMS code. Phone verification is needed to choose, to see who picked you and to send messages.

AI-assisted photo screening and reports

Uploaded photos are checked automatically by AI-assisted screening, and photos found to be inappropriate or explicit are removed. Reports that users send from inside the app are reviewed by our team.

Email verification

You can verify your email address in the app settings.

18+ age check

WIN is only open to people aged 18 and over. At sign-up, a date of birth under 18 can't be selected, and accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed. You can report a suspicious account from inside the app.

Location and personal data

Other users only see your approximate distance on your profile. The Privacy Policy explains which data is processed and why.

Rules and account deletion

Reports about harassment and spam are reviewed by our team. Accounts that break the rules can be suspended or permanently closed. Your data is processed under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You can delete your account anytime in the app settings; your personal data is deleted except what must be kept for legal obligations or safety purposes. Account deletion and retention periods
