How much is WIN Premium?
Being picked is free. Choosing is a paid feature. Every account starts with at least 2 free decks. The free decks do not renew; some accounts may get a larger free allowance. When your free decks run out, you can keep choosing with WIN Premium or with a one-time deck pack. WIN Premium is an auto-renewing subscription at ₺249.99/week or ₺799.99/month, bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play. A subscription lets you keep choosing; for male accounts, it also lets you see who picked you and send messages in new chats. It does not guarantee a reply or a conversation: the person who was picked always decides whether to start the chat.
How do Picked You and messaging work for male accounts?
Male accounts see how many people picked them, blurred photos of up to 3 of those people and the messages sent to them; seeing who they are, starting a chat and sending messages in new chats are part of WIN Premium. Chats that started before 17 October 2026 continue as before. For female and other accounts, these are free.
Is WIN really 18+ only?
Yes. WIN is only for people aged 18 and over: the sign-up date picker does not accept a birth date under 18, and accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed. You can report a suspicious account from inside the app.
How does selfie verification work?
You take a selfie in the example pose, and your profile photos are compared with it automatically. Your selfie isn't shown on your profile. Choosing requires selfie and phone verification.
How is my data handled?

Do you share my exact location?
Other users only see your approximate distance on your profile. Your location is used so the app can show you profiles near you.
What happens to rule breakers?
Reports about harassment and spam are reviewed by our team. Accounts that break the rules can be suspended or permanently banned.
Can I delete my data and account?
Yes. In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account: confirm, choose a reason and type "delete" on the final screen. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone; there is no waiting period. Your profile, photos and verification selfies are deleted. Not all data is deleted at once: a copy of the profile record is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, and chats go to a legal archive.
